You can email us at data@placetra.com with the place name, the specific error, and the correct information. You can also use the "Report an Issue" link on any place page. We verify and update data corrections within 24–48 hours.
Can I claim my business listing on Placetra?
Yes. Visit our Claim a Place page to learn about the verification process. Once verified, you can update your hours, contact info, photos, and more.
Does Placetra offer an API?
We're building API access for qualified partners. If you're interested in integrating Placetra data into your product, reach out to business@placetra.com with details about your use case.
I want to remove my business from Placetra. How?
Placetra aggregates publicly available information. If you'd like your listing removed or adjusted, email data@placetra.com with your business name and reason. We'll review your request within 3 business days.
